Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on every order — no minimum required.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days after shipment. Most customers receive their order within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking link is automatically emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@ohmstudio.co. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email orders@ohmstudio.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions.

Product Questions

Will it hold a full-size yoga mat?
Yes. The external mat cradle is designed for standard and large yoga mats.

What colors are available?
Currently available in Black and Pink.

How do I care for the bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and gentle cleanser. Air dry only.
