Order & Fulfillment All orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers on behalf of Ohm Studio. While we carefully select our fulfillment partners, Ohm Studio is not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by the fulfillment or shipping process once an order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all U.S. orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days after shipment. Most customers receive their order within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines exclude weekends and holidays. Ohm Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@ohmstudio.co. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Product Representation We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including images, descriptions, and specifications. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and device calibration. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability Ohm Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
